Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging to ensure they stay clean and protected, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new breed buddy within 5-7 business days.
